After making these delicious Fudgy Lemon Bars, I found I had a bit of the base dough left over. Now I hate to waste anything, so I rolled it out into a circle, scored it into segments and baked it. I have been busy experimenting in the LoveFoodCookFood kitchen again and have inadvertently come up with a twist on an old family favourite. Does that happen to you? It happens to me all the time.
