This dish couldn’t be easier. It is really a variation of mashed potato but glammed up a bit. You can serve crushed potatoes with any dish and they will add a subtle little bit of extra flavour.  I served mine with my Pork Pippin.

Brussels sprouts are  a veg that you either love or hate! I love them and thank goodness, so do my family. Recently I got to thinking about how I could cook this yummy vegetable besides just boiling them.
